The Samsung Gear Manager App has just been updated to version 2.2.14110499. There is no changelog (nothing new there), other than: Support for Gear Circle, but the support for Gear Circle was Introduced in an earlier version, so hopefully we can look forward to some more bug fixes that some of you might be suffering from. I haven’t had any issues with this one, so please install and leave some feedback in the comments.

Start Update

  • Launch Samsung Galaxy Apps
  • Select top left hand side menu button
  • Select purchased
  • Select the Gear Manager application to update
  • Press Update

Some users have had issues with some new version and have had a better experience using an earlier version of Gear Manager.

I have problem with this new version, after resetting my galaxy gear 2 and reinstalling gear manager on my note3, when on the setup it tries to set the notifications (select which apps …) the plugin crashes, after that when I go to the notifications of the app, every time i try to select manage notifications the plugin crashes again.
Also another serious problem that i have is about WatchON Remote :((
it stuck and freezes on the setup page and i cant select tv or tv and stb
    Any help would be appreciated

Already the 3rd update and still even more synchronization problems between Neo and shealth Gear and more ways to use the application on the excercise since Gear over reception of the GPS signal, it takes Samsung tale opinions of its users corrected for its applications?

Has anyone tried to get this on a Nexus 5? I had side loaded the older version, which worked well with the Gear 2, but it doesn’t work with the new Gear S.

(Aside: Why o’ why can’t they let the Gear S work without first being paired? Isn’t the point of it that it now can work without being tethered to a phone?)

I’ve been having an issue with the app freezing if I want to restore a previously paired Gear watch that has been reset, the only way to get it to work is to install without restoring it.

Just got the notification of the update. Updated with no problems. Don’t see any difference though.
